We provide inspection, repair, replacement, install, provision, design, and consulting for almost any type of fire system equipment. Through strategic partners, we provide engineering services for all fire protection needs such as fire and smoke modeling, fire water flow testing, and code consulting analysis.  

We primarily service the Phoenix metro area, but have worked throughout the southwest. Our office is based in Tempe, AZ. We will be expanding with offices in CA and NV as our next step in growth to respond to existing customer need.

Our people are carefully selected to ensure they buy into our culture of discipline and customer care. All field staff are evaluated at hire for current capabilities, and a development plan is in place for each to ensure professional growth. Training is consistently provided, from internal and external trusted sources such as manufacturers and through certified course work. Our people are certified to the degree possible in the areas they specifically work, ensuring customer confidence in the work we perform.

Our support staff, from our Service Coordinators through to our Management are committed to providing all field staff with the tools and information needed to provide the best and most complete customer service and response. All work performed at all areas is guided by written processes, and all work is real time scheduled and tracked to ensure the most accurate and predictable response possible.

Our Field Technicians are equipped with company trucks and vans outfitted with most anything needed for the service calls attended to. Our vehicles all have company identification and branding, along with monitors to ensure safe operation. Our tools and equipment are checked and tested on a specific timeline to ensure safe and efficient operation. Our software utilized offers complete project management reporting available to our customers, along with quote issuance and tracking with customer visibility. 

Nothing is more important to us than the safety and well being of not only our people, but the people we service and interact with. Fully documented safety procedures are in place, utilized by our personnel, and reviewed on a regular and tracked basis to ensure familiarity and adherence. Each of our typical services has been analyzed with a completed Job Hazard Analysis to ensure Field technician awareness and alertness.
